38 - Interface Options mach 2

Improve the organization of the interface options.

(This is something I will get to when I can. I'm posting this here for user votes so I can see how much priority I should give it.)

I'm calling this complete. I know it could still be better, but I think the changes made for v0.50 cut down on the "cluttered" feel it had quite a bit. If you have further ideas on what should be done, please submit a new ticket (unless someone else already submitted your idea - then vote and/or comment on it).

Yes, I think it should be done, without rushing but soon... plus you know that with the esES localization some strings from the options interface are truncated
