What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I would like notification when you fail at a raiding achievement, either in the chat in a easy "If Looks Could Kill failed." in chat room, or making the achievemnet in the objective tracker turns red or something. Make it not track that if you already have the achievement, but keep an option (default: off) that would bypass this and allow so you can help guildmates that dont have it yet.
I know some of the examples below can easily be "but your raid should easily know if they fail", but some are more obscure and would love that feature to be in.

For things such as:
- If someone get hit by Eye Beams...Chain Lignting or Lightning Whirl... 3 stacks of Biting Cold.. Proximity Mines, Bomb Bot, Rocket Strike...Shadow Crash...go Insane...and all those other "can be failed" achievements.
