1 - Bars falling behind background

Issues with your parents, levels, stratas or all of these.

Top bar is visible/functional, but rest seem to fall behind the background making mouseover/clicking impossible. Also, I can't seem to be able to R-Click any bars to pop the menu (trying to report afkers in BGs).

EDIT: Happens OOC and while targets are in range.
