1 - Initial Form

Develop initial form that says Hello World and has three buttons, namely

1) Trade - Announces message (currently Hello World) to trade chat

2) Raid - Announces message  (currently Hello World) to raid chat

3) Close - closes form

Ensure that form can be opened by something like /pugs show ie: implement a Show option in the Ace3 options setup.

This initial code will get the form in place have the basic functionality of being able to open the form, close the form, and announce the message (at this stage simple Hello World message) to the two chat channels.
