This simple Mod allows you to specify an Action Page Toggle key.

• When this key is depressed, it switches your action bar from page 1 to page 2.
  
• When you release the key, it switches your action bar from page 2 to page 1.
  
• Use the standard WOW keybinding page for this, you will see a new Page Toggle entry.
  

Also provided:

• A movable action bar that shows page 3 of your action bar. (actually it shows your current page plus 2)
  
• Pressing and releasing the Page Toggle key swicthes this pane between 3 and 4.
  
• You can use the addon's Pagable Action Button section on the WOW keybinding page to set hotkeys for these buttons.
  
• Drag this bar by the left-hand section of it's frame.
  
• Enable/Disable/Reset/or Hide the extra action bar using the /ps command.
  

As of v3.01:

• The /ps command options (hide/show, on/off) are saved after logoff.
