14 - The first run, an error message after installation

The latest version of the problem has occurred for the first time from the user. Perhaps, He is only able to try to move the anchor button. I uploaded a screenshot so that you can refer to.

    Could be a conflict with another addon/library. DragStart method can only be missing Ace2 did not work. As usual, the diag steps are the following 1) Disable all addons except PallyPower. Make sure it works. If it does not, then it was not extracted correctly. Do a correct install. 2) if it works, start enabling modules one by one until PallyPower breaks. Update the module that broke PallyPower. Make sure PallyPower works.
