13 - Localize Pawn

Couold you please add localization to pawn? If you add it the curseforge way, everyone can join in in the translation, and where ever something is not translated, there would be the english text poping up. Take a look here: http://kb.curseforge.com/projects/localizing-your-project/

    I recommend that people hold off on translating Pawn for now. Translating Pawn is a lot of hard work (much moreso than other mods), and just about everyone who tries gives up on maintaining it. WoW 3.2 added some new functionality that Pawn can *probably* take advantage of to make much of that translation unnecessary. I need more time to investigate it, but in the meantime it seems that it wouldn't be productive to start translating.

    If you allow me to create a clone of your repository, I will try to integrate the localization into that codebase and produce a patch that you can apply to the main repository. I'd rather see all translation started from scratch than several people having to maintain special, translated versions, where they have to merge your changes and then translate everything that has changed.
