38 - Use the localization application and the repository

The localization application is a very nice and useful feature here on CurseForge.

What I'd like to see if you use the localization app so we don't have these projects:

http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/pawn-fr/
http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/pawn-german/

If you'd like my help setting this up let me know.  It makes things substantially easier for updates.
