4 - Minimize the chat window

Describe the feature you would like to see, and why you think it would be useful:

The ability to minimize the chat window into a single bar (similar to the quest tracker window) when desired would be amazing. This would be a useful addition to this add-on because the bulkiness of the default chat window often gets in the way of game play and combined with the overall minimalist approach in this add-on I think it fits perfectly.

Declined. Such a feature is beyond the intended scope of PhanxChat, and there are already several addons which can do exactly what you describe. Chicchai is one such addon: http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info9211-Chicchai.html
