12 - Aura shown/not shown determined by range to target
The aura would be shown whether one is in range to ones target or not.
One would specify an action name, e.g. "Fireball" and the aura would appear if one is in range to use that action; the aura would disappear if one moves out of range or is not in range in the first place.
