286 - Berserking aura (dependent on 4 auras) not working correctly

Essentially, here's the deal. I have four auras for this particular "set". The end result is supposed to show the Berserking aura under the conditions that Rapid Fire is not active, Rapid Fire is on cooldown (not usable), Berserking is off cooldown (usable), and Bloodlust/Time Warp/Ancient Hysteria is not active. In the meantime, if Rapid Fire is off cooldown and Bloodlust/etc. is not active, then that aura will show instead. If both are on cooldown, neither aura will show.
What happens is that sometimes - randomly, but especially if I add a new aura - the Berserking aura will show regardless of the previous conditions set. I have tried with both Action Usable and Spell Cooldown to manage this, but neither seem to work. Interestingly, this will sometimes be the case only if Rapid Fire is technically not usable because I'm in the middle of a cast (Cobra Shot, specifically). So, if I'm mid-cast, the Berserking aura will show until the cast is finished, and then disappear if Rapid Fire is still off cooldown. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be a consistent issue, and usually relogging or /reloadui will correct it for a while, but I can't seem to get this fixed permanently.

First, I had to redo my auras entirely because I accidentally wiped them, so I have more or less the same thing with one exception - Rapid Fire aura does not show as long as Berserking is active. Here's the aura set:

What's happening now is that the Berserking aura is showing as long as the global cooldown is going. If I try to Ctrl+Click while the GCD is in effect, it tells me that all conditions match and it should show, regardless of whether Rapid Fire is actually on its 5 minute cooldown or not. I can deal with it, but I really don't want to have both auras up at the same time if possible. It's also still showing while Bloodlust/etc. are active, which it shouldn't be. This happens at times if Berserking comes off cooldown while Bloodlust is already active, but sometimes also for no apparent reason (e.g., Rapid Fire is on cd, Berserking is still off cd, and Bloodlust is cast).
I will note also that exiting the game entirely will (temporarily) correct this, while reloading the ui does not. When it starts the issue of Berserking aura showing seems to be random (I can't seem to pinpoint any events triggering it as it's not always when I open up the PAC config). However, opening PAC config will ALWAYS cause this issue to begin. It's just not the ONLY cause.

While it's not at all related to aura configuration (after having dealt with this problem a multitude of times tonight, even despite only once even going into PAC config, relogging and reloading ui), it also sometimes - rarely - still show even if Bloodlust/Time Warp is active.

I'm not 100% sure, to be honest, but that might be the case. I'm still double checking if it's because of the self-dependency that was causing it (though I'm not sure why that would be the case), because last night it didn't seem to fix it, but might have just needed a game restart.
Edit: Never mind, self-dependency has nothing to do with it, and it still happens. Though, a thought. It does seem to be dependent on going into the configuration before the problem occurs, so the "randomness" may not be so random after all.

Right, and this worked as intended before 4.23? I did make a change that affected linked auras in 4.23, so it might be related even though it shouldn't, since the change was a bugfix that prevented auras linking when the addon was initially loaded.

It randomly occurs whether I've been editing auras, adding new ones, or not. At times, it's happened immediately after a /reloadui or login.
I did have the aura set to be dependent on the other three auras and itself - and then tried removing the self-dependency and it's still happening.
As a side note, as I said it will show even if I'm mid-cast. Berserking isn't on the GCD, but it also can't be used mid-cast, which further confuses the issue for me.
