Preform AV Enabler

1 - Status Unknown / Not Installed

What is the issue?
When I go into the Av Enabler it says " Status Unknown / Not Installed.  I have the program installed and tryed unistalling then reinstalling but it still didn't fix.  Any idea how to fix this?

Please provide any additional information below.

    I have the same issue. Preform Enabler 2.11, WOW 3.02, Mac OS 10.5.5

    I have had this same issue. It will not work at all. I have attempted to uninstall/reinstall several times, with no luck. This ticket hasnt been looked at?
