I fixed it so it doesn't bug you to buff people when you're dead. I also fixed a Horde language issue. I also updated the TOC so it doesn't think it's outdated (sorry about forgetting about that before). And lastly I revised the nagging so that if they are out of range, it wont nag you to buff or dispell them (because you can't hehe :-P). I'm hoping that last one will suffice to those of you that were in BG's and didn't like the nagging when the player's all the way across the map.

Fixed the mount messages to work with 3.02's new mount system. Fixed warlock's imps so it doesn't nag you to buff them if they're in Phase Shift. Fixed other miscellaneous things like typos :-P
