2. no (If you don't have the latest version, and it is classified as alpha or beta in the change log. Then type after this the version you are testing. If it is a release version then move to step 2.)

Step 2: Can you please provide screen shots of the problem. Include install directory, lua errors (must have show lua errors on in your WoW config settings from the main menu.), Chat errors (aka commandline errors, ex. /pro error professional cannot be loaded.)
