BUG FIXES: - Fixed a typo that disabled Dialects. They should now work properly. Ya, mon!
FEATURES: - The commands "/elo suppress" and "/elo skip" now accept unit IDs. For example, type "/elo suppress target" to suppress your current target. These work for both players and NPC.
