Change log
- Added ability to set frequency on a per-cry basis in addition to the per-action basis that it's always been.
- Fixed errors caused by cooldowns being intentionally or accidentally set to nil.
- Expanded the Conditions functionality, allowing for unlimited conditions per cry. Also fixed some errors regarding conditions in version 2.0.
- Increased the limit of length of custom actions from 25 to 100 letters.
