Added the shaman Mana Tide cooldown timer.
Updated the mage water query to diplsya the number of Conjured Manna Biscuits in players' inventories.
Fixed Issues
Fixed spell detection errors occuring between Heroism/Blood Lust/Divine intervention buff and timer queries. RABuffs should now correctly broadcast the timers.
Added sanity checks to SetItemRef hooks, resolved errors occuring in combination with Ludwig.
Tooltip used to detect spells is now hidden more forcefully.
Added a stricter check on group status when casting a spell. RABuffs should now always respect the preference to not cast reagent-consuming buffs in battlegrounds.
RABuffs window title position is now adjusted based on bar width.
