1 - Mini Map Button

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I find that the mini map icon is "free floating", in which it constantly moves its location without manual adjustment. It often covers (or is hidden beneath) other mini map icons and is a bit of a nuisance. Would it be possible for the icon to be "locked" in place, only to be moved when left/right clicking and dragging it to a new place on the map? Thank you.
