WIM's fonts are now managed by SharedMediaLib. (*requires restart*).

Added X-Embeds tag in toc for WhoLib for people having trouble.
Correct issue where /w (user) would sometimes appear in WIM's edit boxes.

Fixed error caused by WIM_HookInspect.
Added cache of friend and guild list for latency issues.
