Cleaned up some code - minor bugs
CTRI will now default to the left and remember settings! (Finnaly got it worked out)

"/ctri side right" will now correctly display the icon to the right if Target of Target is enabled.
Icons are scaled down to prevent overlapping with CTRA scale function
