Status Frame

Added a status frame that appears while you're in a battleground. The status window can be hidden and shown via the new /pvps hide and /pvps show commands - note that those only work while you are inside a battleground. The frame allows you to:

• Check your leader status; send a request to be promoted to leader to the current leader.
• See the time to the next automatic shuffle (displayed when you are the battleground leader)
• Start a shuffle manually (click while you're the leader)
• Stop a shuffle in progress (click while a shuffle is running)

Fixed Issues

• "You are not the party leader" is no longer shown if an automatic shuffle could not start for this reason.
