Elite Player Frame (Enhanced)

This is a rewrite of the original ElitePlayerFrame by Kryndon. It simply changes the background texture of your PlayerFrame on your UI.

It's was based on 1.2 (never did find a real 1.3), to work with the Burning Crusade and beyond. It's now been rewritten once again, to function better better and introduce some added options.

It now has fixed modes and an auto mode which does the following:

  • 1-9 = Normal
  • 10-59 = Rare
  • 60-(Current expansion's level cap - 1) = Rare Elite
  • (Current expansion's level cap) = Elite
  • Death Knight frames for Death Knight classes, different based on faction (can be disabled)

Because i can find no way to know what expansion is installed/running (if any), the addon assumes the following based on Blizzard's current pattern and the game's build info:

  • Each major version is a new expansion (eg. 2.0 = TBC, 3.0 = WotLK).
  • You have the latest expansion installed and running.
  • Each expansion increases the level cap by 10.

I'll manually update the expansion info in the addon should any of that change, but it's designed to work without having to be updated ever again.

Use /epf in game for more info.
