| MDHelper will -- as long as you are in a raid (or group, if you want) -- announce to a channel, raid, raid warning, or guild chat that you have cast Misdirection, and when it has faded from you (you've used all the charges, etc). This is intended to be a lightweight alternative to addons with timer bars etc. There's very little configuration required.
