THIS ADDON IS DEPRECATED. Its functionality was implemented by Blizzard as part of Patch 2.4, and so not only won't work anymore, but is unnecessary. I haven't abandoned it, on the off chance I need to reimplement it. I consider this case to be very unlikely.

This addon allows you to separate the Guild (/g) and Officer (/o) channels into separate chat tabs; they are normally grouped together.

The motivation for this mod was that my guild uses /g for in-character chat, and /o for out-of-character chat; I wanted to sort IC chat such as /g and /s and /emote into one tab, and OOC chat such as /o and various numbered channels into another tab. This requires overriding the default Guild channel group.

The tab context menu for enabling/disabling channels has been modified to separate the two; since WoW doesn't know about custom chat groups until mods have been loaded, ChatSplit also automatically stores which tabs have been enabled to use the now split-off Officer channel.

All options are configured on a per-character basis.
