Simply modifies the chat message menu and groups to allow the Officer channel to be specified separately from the Guild channel. Guild MOTDs are still grouped with the Guild channel.

To my amazement, this basic functionality worked on my first test, with no debugging required.

Adds the functionality to transparently load the Officer channel into the appropriate tab(s); this configuration is stored on a per-character basis.
