Added clickable sentry targeting. (Click on the enemy, creature or friend in the sentry list and it will target that unit.)

Added option to Always Show Sentry. Added dropdown options to assign Raid Target Icons. Recoded scaling of sentry panel. Fixed initialisation bugs. Removed chat output messages on key strokes. Removed DPS boxes on player and party frames. Removed shift-mouseover adding any targets. Removed other mod support from Range Recolor.

Added notes frame to CG options panel, with needed info. Updated button tooltip descriptions. Fixed initial error if you have never used CombatGizmo.

Rewritten most of the options panels.
Added more options and settings, including Raid Icon choices from dropdowns. (Thanks Belamir for helping test this)
Cleaned up code, so they use same variables.

Renamed CombatGizmo Added a new SizeUp 'Lite Mode' option, fight indicator only, where stats are not shown. Added DPS boxes on player and party frames. Added attacking 'dots' to show how many enemies are attacking. Added assignment of raid target icons by shift-click, ctrl-click or alt-click targeting. Added chat output when clicking on names in the Sentry, with external file for configurable messages. Added new slash commands and options to configure the new additions. Updated class abilities list, with new skills from 60-70 lvls. Fixed a small bug, with the Sentry. Fixed a small bug, with the RangeRecolor.

v1.0 Updated to WoW patch 20100. Initial release, merged CombatSentryGizmo and LowHealthWarning. Fixed and expanded both addons. Created new options panel to include settings for both addons.
