Items equipped on your character are now included, with corresponding Auctioneer/vendor prices. Not entirely realistic, as epic BOP items are obviously worth much more than vendors offer for them, but still, it's nice to see what your gear is worth if you were to have sold it.

Updated TOC Interface number for latest patch. Tidied up event code. Fixed error when moving items across bags and bank frame is open.

Moved the load message to a different event hook so it doesn't spam you when you go in and out of instances.

Totals are now updated as you pick up or drop items. Also, if the item value cannot be found on your current Auctioneer database, then the Informant vendor prices are used, if available. This give a much more accurate measurement. Also, optimised code a bit to make things faster and removed the pointless console commands.

Removed the annoying message every time you open your bank frame. Tidied up the code, seperated localization strings out properly. Added a PLAYER_MONEY event hook to update totals as you gain/lose cash.

Integrated to Titan Panels, fixed SavedVariablesPerCharacter problems. Code is a little messy but it seems to all work. First public release.
