Made some UI changes making the addon more user friendly. - On joining a BG, a "Check Leech" button will appear. This can be moved by dragging JUST outside of the button. - /bglr will now just show the leech list without refreshing (IE, previously ignored users won't reappear until you hit check leech again).

Managed to test a little further but still in need of feedback from the PTRs!

First version, get testing on the PTRs!

Had to make a minor fix since I hadn't included a way for you to open the interface! /bglr will pop it open so you can hit "Check Leechers" :)
