           * sets (defines a list of valid set names)
           * auction_timeout (auction timeout in seconds)
           * dkp_min (minimum dkp value for each player)
           * dkp_max (maximum dkp value for each player)
           * bid_min (minimum bid value)
           * bid_step (bid step size, i.e. granularity of the bids)
