Adds the "/wsp" command which just sends a whisper to the current target, and does "/me whispers something in (target)'s ear."
For Example:
I target player "John".
I type in: "/wsp psst, what is your name?"
And it does:
"/w John *whispers* psst, what is your name?"
then:
"/me whispers something in John's ear."
