Added reporting by power and retaining fights in history. User can now select either a one line recap or detailed break down of the last fight, all fights since last reset, a specific retained fight or a summary of a range of fights. Data collection can be enabled and disabled. The user can also set the number of prior fights to retain. Data is now saved across sessions via saved variables.

Sadly 60 lines and two bugs, both when you enter and leave combat without generating any threat. Also, based upon a suggestion, I changed it to not report for fights lasting less than 2s or in which you generated less than 100 threat. Mainly that's for when rage gains from shield specialization generate threat but you didn't actually stop to fight.
