--Changed the priest dps model so that it would always assume the use of Surge of Light smites when casting smite and when the player has points in the talent.

--Implemented a change to limit how often tooltips are recalculated. The delay is 2 seconds by default and can be set using the "ItemRecalculationDelay" variable.

--Fixed a bug in the way spell hit chance impacts the cast time of Mind Flay.

--Fixed a bug where Surge of Light proc chance was not being scaled properly with Burst Factor.

--Recoded warlock DPS calculations. Added handling for destruction spells, Master Demonologist, and Demonic Sacrifice.

--Included Holy Shock in DPS calculations for paladins.

--Fixed a bug in the spell damage coefficient of Shadow Bolt.
