Only changes listed below:

1. Added a check for minimap ping to make sure it is in Tempest Keep (cuts down on spam).

2. Toned down the alpha on the blue screen (0.2 instead of 0.4)

3. Added a slash command to remove the blue screen entirely, while keeping the bomb information. (/vra blue off)

4. Band-aid on the GetDir function (thanks Allythepally)

5. Major overhaul due to VR changes in 2.4 that will be fixed once 2.4.2 does live.
