After not getting that information that I want with many XPBar mods like TrinityBars, I modified an old project of mine and here it is:

A small, movable display that shows:
XP %,
XP rested,
XP to next level and
how often you have to kill an enemy like your last, to get lvlup.

Don't get confused by the name, it doesn't rate anything at all, I just was to lazy to change it ;)

now with slash commands:
"/exp per" - to switch the percent
"/exp rest" - to switch the rested XP
"/exp tnl" - to switch the XP to next level
"/exp reps" - to switch the needed repeats
"/exp bg" - to switch the background
"/exp reset" - to reset the position and what is shown
"/exp lock" - to disable mouse [not movable but through-clickable]

If its not shown the first time you load this addon, please try "/exp reset"!
