According to the Addon description, a tooltip with various stats is displayed when the mouse cursor is placed over the dial.

The tool tip display is not displayed, on mouse over.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No error messages are displayed in chat or via !Swatter.

On the main curse page, some people mentioned that disabling the Group Calendar mod, corrected the problem.

Unforunatly disabling Group Calendar on my system did not result in the tool tip being displayed.
