Dispel Announcer with default settings

Dispel Announcer

Dispel Announcer announces when you dispel a (de-)buff to the selected channels (with working spell links :D). It is very customizable with many options inside the Ace options frame.

Current options available:

Announce channels:
Announce inside the UI error frame (top center) only visible to you. (enabled on default)
Announce inside the default chat frame (bottom left) only visible to you.
Announce inside the local chat (/say). (enabled on default)
Announce inside the group chat (/p).
Announce as a raid warning (/rw).

Raid and battleground announcing hasn't been included to avoid spamming, use local chat instead.

Area filters:
Announce while outside
Announce while inside a 5M instance
Announce while inside a raid
Announce while inside a battleground (enabled on default)
Announce while inside an arena match (enabled on default)

Spell filters:
Only announce your own dispels (enabled on default)
Don't announce dispelling of debuffs such as CC (disabled on default)
Only announce when dispelling a PvP buff/spell (disabled on default)
Add or remove a spell/buff to the list of PvP buffs
Add or remove a spell/buff to the ignore list (such as "Noggenfogger Elixir")

Current default buffs/spells marked as PvP buffs are Blessing of Protection, Blessing of Freedom, Blessing of Sacrifice, Divine Shield, Divine Protection, Ice Block, Fel Armor, Pain Suppression, Earth Shield, but you can always add or remove more.

This addon has been fully tested on a Hunter dispelling enemy buffs with Arcane Shot and with a Druid dispelling poisons but it should also work perfectly when dispelling with any other skill.

Known issues:
When the option to announce when you dispel a debuff is enabled you will also announce when you break any form of Croud Control (sheeping, trapping, even Scatter Shot, etc.).

To do:
Make it support SCT/msbt, but I will first have to find out how these methods work :>
