| ProcMeter will show the percentage of attempts a weapon, spell, item, or anything else procs. This is based off of Bethlhogg's ProcMeter. This one came to life because Bethlhogg's didn't work under the 2.4 combat log. It's a little different than Bethlhogg's ProcMeter in that it will not track hit, miss and crit percentages but only procs percentages. It can be very specific in what causes the proc.
