- changed the Player Names, Player Guild Names, and Player Title toggle from left-click to shift-left-click to accommodate the new method of moving plugins that was added to Titan Panel in version 3.2

- right-justified the settings values (ON, OFF) in the tooltip text

- added code to support the new method of moving plugins

- updated the Hint text in the tooltip and included a hint on how to move the icon

- changed and relocated the Hint text in the tooltip

- updated the name of a setting so all match the names on the WoW Interface screen
