6 - Threat Warning
Provide a configurable threat warning, with options for:
* Audio warning. Including select the desired sound.
* Text warning. Including output area (MSBT/SCT compatibility?)
* Threshold setting and warning cooldown setting.
* Change the colour of the bar.
