Mad Hatter: A DataBroker Plugin

Mad Hatter provides an icon that lets you easily hide/show your helm and cloak, these changes are preserved over sessions and saved on a per-character basis.

Left clicking on the icon toggles between hiding and showing your helm.
Right clicking on the icon toggles between hiding and showing your cloak.

What is DataBroker?

DataBroker is part of a system that's similar to FuBar and its plugins, what you have here is a plugin but you'll also need something to display the output of the plugin.
