1 - Sound alert option is no longer working in WoW 3.1.1

The sound alert is no longer working in WoW 3.1.1 live.

The text & chat alerts are, but selecting "Play Alert Sound" no longer plays a sound when the searched-for item is moused over(and the text alerts display).

No LUA errors and all other WoW sound effects play without issue.
