Known caveats
Does not check to see if the target suffers diminishing returns. Instead, it assumes that the diminishing returns apply, so it is up to the user to know currently.
This version of the mod also has an error so that it does not limit the number of targets to 10 and will continue to grow the list until the addon is reset. So do note that this error will continuously allocate memory and that version 1.1 fixes this problem.
