What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log on my Rogue Enchanter on US Rexxar
2. DE items in bags, default LSHIFT-4
3. Do something else for a while
4. Attempt to DE again... nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect DE frame/castbar, but does not appear.

No error

I have been unable, so far, to find if any specific actions or events make is stop working. It might happen after disenchanting a single item then getting  item(s) from mailbox, but sometimes I can do that and still DE more items. My last test I logged on, DE some items in bags, got some mailbox items, DE some more, got some more mailbox, still DE OK. I minimized WoW to write this report, then ALT-TABbed back to the game only to find I couldn't DE any more. Something happened over time that isn't affected by any actions taken in the game, at least not immediately?
I am using, among other AddOns, Dominos and AutoBar. I can provide a complete AddOn list if desired.
