1 - Add option to remove text "Disabled" when PVP is off

I would love an option to not show the text "Disabled" when PvP is off. Since this is the default state for me, and 95% of the time, it just takes up space.

    Right, because your LDB display addon sees the text is blank but the icon is not. If you want the icon to disappear also, that'd need to be a separate feature. Please submit a new ticket with that suggestion so I don't forget.

    Hmm.. With the new option enabled, the icon shows up when pvp flag is off (atleast using ButtonBin). I would like for it to disappear completely. Possibly setting the text string to "" or " " or something else?
