PvpSnob shows a dropdown menu from FuBar when you join a battleground that shows each player, their spec, resilience, lifetime kills, gear, healing from gear, spell damage from gear, attack power from gear. It also shows the average resilience of the current battleground group so you can better predict how the battleground will end up.

But I have to admit, rather than giving a gear output of spellpower, AP, etc., I'd love to just have a simple overall gear evaluation - something like average ilvl. Yes, yes, "gear scores" don't mean skill, but the point of this addon is a cursory view of how your BG team is looking.
I suspect just seeing average ilvl of a player's gear and their resilience (and similarly, average resilience and average ilvl for the whole team) will give a LOT of useful information for predicting the outcome. That aside, I think it would just be a more useful improvement over Spellpower and AP.
I'm assuming/hoping this would also be relatively easy to code (assuming Ninjaslurpy or Teaken still watch this page), as you just need to pull itemlevel from the gear scanning functions you already have in place.
