What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install  QualityID and Bagnon
2. Mouse over any item in inventory

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see QualityID tooltip information and listing of how many character have that item and where from Bagnon.
Do see QualityID Information and each entry from Bagnon listing is repeated four times.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest version of both addons

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log is generated

As per your note regarding continuing updates and as this is more of a Bagnon issue I do not expect a fix per say, but rather some information one what could be causing the issue so that I might be able to fix it myself.
