This is a little addon I made up, being an old Quake 3 fan myself.
It basically adds Quake 3 Arena sounds to your actions as a mage, featuring the following events:

"Quad Damage" powerup start and expiration sounds when casting:
- "Combustion"
- "Arcane Power"
- "Icy Veins"

"Regeneration" sound when casting:
- "Evocation"

"Invisibility" powerup sounds when casting:
- "Invisibility"

"Battle Suit" powerup sound when casting:
- "Mana Shield"

"Haste" powerup sound when casting:
- "Blazing Speed"

"Powerup Respawn" sound for procs:
- Hot Streak
- Missile Barrage
- Brain Freeze

"Sudden Death" voice for procs:
- Firestarter
- Fingers of Frost

"Inventory Item" sound for proc:
- Clearcasting
