Version 3 release

* New configuration. It's alot cleaner and easier to use! There's also a new command... type /procs to open config
* Class procs, general procs, and all new custom procs are separated into custom categories in the configuration
* Custom procs can be added by simply using the name of the buff/proc you receive. You can also add by spell ID
* All procs can now have sounds that will play when the buff/proc occurs. It will use SharedMediaLib if you have it installed... if not you will get a small list of sounds that are included in the WoW client.
* All procs should be functional now. Missile barrage, Brain Freeze, Bloodsurge, Sword and Board etc...
* Lots of various bug fixes and new spells added

About

This module requires Quartz to be installed, and it will use the Mirror module to add some class specific buffs/procs/ and certain cooldown timers. The options can be accessed by typing /procs or /quartzprocs ~ For even more configuration type /quartz, click on the 'Mirror' module in the Quartz options. There you can change almost anything related to the timer bar (width, height, font, texture, etc).
