6 - Eclipse cooldown not showing

I am using v4.0.1a

I have it configured to be attached to the Quartz3 bar. Other then this setting, everything is at the default settings.

I am using v3.0.1-beta of Quartz (not sure if this information is needed)

The actual procs are displaying correctly, however the cooldown bar is not displaying
