Adjusted GetTime workaround as suggested to accommodate differences between Windows and Mac clients and hopefully resolve many of the low FPS issues.

Releaseing as a full release only to get people to update.

Database is not current... It is the old one, but should work sufficiently for Outland and Northrend.
